Wanted:  Northwest Iowa Care Connections, a Mental Health and Disability Services region is seeking applicants for three  (3)  Disability Service Coordinator (DSC) positions which will serve:  Clay and Osceola Counties;  Palo Alto County: and the Kossuth, Winnebago, and Worth Counties area.  These are 3 Full Time County positions with competitive salary based on education and experience. Benefits include IPERS, health/major medical, dental, and life insurance, vacation and sick leave. Educational requirements are a B.A. in social work/human services or related field with 5 years of experience working in the MH and Disability services field.
